Personal information collected

In the context of rendering the Services, we may collect information about you. This information regularly includes the following: When you use our Services to place orders for Merchandise, to sell Merchandise and/or to make payments, we collect information about your conversation history through the Chatbot, when and where the transactions occur, the names of the transacting parties, mailing addresses, email addresses (if given), phone numbers, IP addresses, Facebook nicknames (if made public on Facebook), gender (if made public on Facebook) and the payment methods and details used to complete the transactions. Credit Card data is saved only if you explicitly ask us to save your credit card details for your future use of the Services. If you create an Account: your name, email address, phone number, password and IP address. If you merely visit the Site: our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, device model and type, browser data, browser type, operating system version, screen resolution, information on your usage of the Site and online activities obtained with use of cookies (see below). If you contact us (via the Site or via phone, email or letter), e.g. for a support request or if you send us an inquiry​: your name, e-mail address, IP address, information on our communication with you and any additional information you provide us with.

How long do we store your personal information?

We will store personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collect the personal information, in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests. In general, information obtained in the course of providing our Services will be blocked from general access within a few days and deleted latest within 18 months after the end of us providing you Services, unless an earlier deletion is requested or has been agreed upon, or statutory retention requirements require a longer retention or we need to retain such data for our legitimate interests, for example, the defense against IT security threats.

Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are not targeted or directed at children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
